I have avoided dairy for years apart from using lactose free milk in tea. I can now eat proper yogurt in the morning not the lactose free that uses flour as a thickner.. I had custard for the first time in years. I have suffered with weight loss as I avoid dairy so its nice to get a few pounds on! One pill does the job for me for a dairy item.
